“I am delighted to announce the publication of our new MIRROR Strategy for 2025-2029 ‘We are People First.’

The MIRROR Strategy was written by our members across Wales over a period of two-years. This included stakeholder events in the North and South of Wales attended by members of All Wales People First and our Board of Directors.

The final strategy was shaped and signed off by our National Council last December.

The MIRROR Strategy focuses on the things that are important for our members.

‘We are People First’ has a strong focus on increasing the Diversity of its membership and the safeguarding and promoting of self-advocacy across Wales.

I would like to say a big thank you to our members, local self-advocacy groups, our Board of Directors and of course our staff team for their input and hard work on this strategy.
