1st June 2020

I haven’t seen Michelle for ages. I must be more than 9 weeks.

We will probably stay locked down for a while even if restrictions are lifted. We don’t feel it’s safe to be out and about yet. We don’t feel ready.

We think the Welsh First Minister Mark Drakeford is doing things right being guided by science.

I think it may even be December before we stop isolating.

Next week is our 3 year Anniversary since we got together. We will leave celebrations until after social distancing.

We’re both still very active with the North Wales Self advocacy Network and had lost of video meetings. We had a meeting with the local AM Mark Isherwood, we’ve met the All Wales People First North Wales regional council.

At the Regional Council meeting, we talked about a presentation for the Welsh Government’s Learning Disability Ministerial Advisory Group, which Michelle sits on.
