I’ve just finished my volunteering for the day at Caerphilly Miners Community Centre. I was wiping down all the books today.  Princess my dog is staying with me for a bit.  She’s settled really well in my new place.

I’m booked on to AdFest and I’m having my own room this year – I feel more independent these days, now I’m living on my own and I feel like having my own room and not sharing with anyone. In fact AWPF want to do a bit of filming with me about my experience of living on my own.

I voted in the local elections – I had a postal vote.

I’m 30 on Monday – I have a weekend of celebrations planned. I’m staying in Cardiff in a smart hotel on Friday night because I’m going out with Simon and Sophie.  Then the family are taking me for a meal to Frankie and Benny’s – they’ll sing happy birthday to me. 

We’re going on a cruise again soon – it’s the fjords this time. 

AdFest is coming up soon and there’s a busy week before and after it.  I have to keep everything in my calendar on my phone or I’ll miss something!  Music is important to me and I’m going to a few gigs in June and July including McFly, Take That and Pitbull

We’ve been filming with Hijinx theatre to promote using cash in music and theatre venues. 

I’ve been batch cooking food with my support staff and I’m still losing weight on the Mounjaro injections. I’m trying to eat healthily.

I won a bit on bingo the other week – I can mark 6 bingo cards at the same time.  House!!!!
