Phew it’s a scorcher today. It’s so hot. I’ve been given a date to move into my flat – 8^th September. The date has been moved back again and again.  They’re giving me a washing machine and fridge freezer so that’s good. My colour scheme is rose gold.

I’ve still got to buy a table and chairs and a bed. I know most of the other people who are moving into the flats, so that’s good too.

I have support every weekday and they will continue to support me at my new place when I’m living more independently. I’ve been cleaning my room today – I’m trying to get rid of stuff slowly before I move out.

I’ve been busy since AdFest.  I did a drag show in early July in Cardiff with Vaguely Deviant. The next one is in Pontypridd.

I’m seeing the Stereophonics tomorrow and I hope to see the Pet Shop Boys when they come to Cardiff soon.  I love live gigs.

AdFest was great – I loved the silent disco.  I met Jac, my boyfriend for the first time at AdFest. I sang with Bwythn Sonig and I go regularly for rehearsals with them. 

I passed my Food Hygiene level 2 – this was done as part of my volunteering with the Miners’ Centre.  It’s not far from my new flat so I’ll be able to walk there when I’ve moved in.
