Day 1 starts at 10.30am and ends at 4.30pm
MIRROR Awards & dinner starts at 6.30pm and ends at 9pm
Day 2 starts at 10am and ends at 3.30pm
What is included?
Overnight Stay: your room, evening meal, Mirror Awards ceremony and breakfast the following day. Buffet lunch and refreshments day 1 and day 2.
Day Delegates: entrance to the conference, buffet lunch and refreshments on each day you have booked.
Evening event: 3 course evening meal on day 1 and the Mirror Awards Ceremony.
Exhibitors on 20th June: Exhibitors are invited to set up their stall from 9.30am on 20th June. A table with cloth and 2 chairs will be provided. Exhibition stalls will open to delegates from 10.45am.
Overnight delegates – check in/out times:
Check in for bedrooms after 4.30pm on 19th June.
You must check out by 12 noon on 20th June.
Guests are encouraged to check out before the conference starts at 10am.
Travel information
By train
- The nearest train station is Cardiff Central.
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Central Station, crossing over St. Mary Street.
By car
- From the M4 exit 33, follow A4232 to Cardiff centre.
- After 6.4 miles, exit the roundabout onto City Link toward City Centre.
- At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Central Link toward City Centre.
- Keep left, take the exit onto Tyndall Street, towards Penarth.
- At Callaghan Square roundabout, take the 2nd exit (right) onto St Mary Street, under the railway bridge.
- At the traffic lights, turn right onto Mill Lane (follow ‘hotel’ sign).
- The hotel is on the right.
Parking
- The entrance to the hotel carpark is down a ramp to the right of the hotel entrance.
- There is a loading lay-by at the front of the hotel for uploading or dropping off delegates.
- Parking charges:
- £3 per hour.
- £10 per day for conference delegates.
- £18 for 24 hours for residential guests.
- Please validate your parking tickets at reception before you leave.
- Alternative car parks can be found at the nearby St. David’s 2 shopping centre.
Please Note: There are no rail strikes planned for 19th or 20th June
Cardiff city centre is busy so please expect some travel delays and plan your journey with enough spare time.
There are some busy events happening at the same time as Adfest:
18th June – Cardiff Pride (LGBTQ2+ festival)
20th June – Harry Styles concert at the Principality Stadium, from 5pm.
