All Wales people First has joined with other UK organisations to write to some key contacts in Wesminster to give support to people with learning disabilities living in Ukraine.

The letter was written by the Chief Executive Officer of ENABLE Group and Vice President of Inclusion Europe, Theresa Shearer. Learning Disability England and All Wales People First co-signed the letter.

The letter was sent to the UK’s Foreign Secretary, Rt Hon Elizabeth Truss MP

Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs

Scottish Government’s Minister for Culture, Europe and International Development, Neil Gray MSP,

Using all humanitarian and diplomatic channels available to them, we have urged them to help support and protect people with learning disabilities living in Ukraine.
