Improvement Cymru are the all-Wales Improvement service for NHS Wales.

They are currently working as part of the core Public Health Wales response to Covid 19 

Improvement Cymru have developed a Health Profile as part of this work around Covid 19.

The Health Profile has been developed to support people with a learning disability, autism, and/or or dementia, when they are accessing healthcare.
