DESCRIPTION:The ceremony\nWe will be holding our annual MIRROR Awards on the evening of AdFest on the 23rd June. \nThe MIRROR award ceremony  includes an evening meal \n  \nThe awards\nMIRROR Awards celebrate the great things self-advocates with  learning disabilities and their groups have done over the last year. \nWinners receive an engraved glass award and certificate. \nThere are 6 awards: \nMembers – Linton Gower Memorial Award \nThis award is for a member or members who have done something outstanding\ntowards the running of their self-advocacy group. Thanks to Mencap Cymru for sponsoring the award this year. \n  \nIdeas award \nThis award is for a member\, or a group\, who have worked with others on an idea. The idea should be something that improves the lives of people with learning disabilities in Wales. \n  \nRights Award \nThis award will go to a member or group who has helped people know about or access their rights. \n  \nReflect Award \nThis award will go to a member or group who can show they have learnt from their experiences and made a change. \n  \nOrganisation Award \nThis award is for a group that has worked together to be a strong group and included everyone. \n  \nReview Award \nThis award is for a group or member who has achieved something special. \n  \nNominating someone\nYou can nominate yourself or someone else by completing this form: \nhttp://www.awpf.online/mirror-nomination \nThe closing date for nominations is 27th April \nSponsoring \nSponsors are invited to attend the MIRROR award ceremony\, which includes an evening meal.
